Firm that serves Amazon, CVS, Home Depot plans $6M expansion, 70 new jobs

A fast-growing company that helps Amazon, CVS, Home Depot and other retailers maintain their facilities wants to double the size of its Hauppauge headquarters, executives said.
Broadway National Group LLC plans to expand to the first floor of 100 Davids Dr. The company moved to the second floor in 2019 after purchasing the 65,500-square-foot building two years earlier for more than $6 million.
Increased demand for Broadway National’s services, in particular software to better manage properties, has led to a hiring spree.
The workforce has gone from 101 people in Hauppauge five years ago to 236 today and will end the year at 250, said William E. Paparella, the company’s president and CEO.
“We have outgrown our current space, as we have people crammed together and are looking to expand to the first floor,” which is vacant, he said, adding that Broadway National will hire at least 70 additional people within the next two years.
