CPC Operations LLC
CPC Operations LLC is a Long Island–based manufacturer specializing in the design, development, and production of standard and custom RF and microwave power amplifiers. These advanced components are used in military, industrial, scientific, and medical applications—including some of the world’s most powerful MRI scanners and U.S. Navy equipment designed for communications disruption. The company also supplies RF switches, filters, and combiners for high-power and multi-octave operations.
To support continued innovation and meet increasing demand, CPC Operations LLC and its sister company, IPP Operations LLC, are consolidating their operations into a single facility at 90 Davids Drive in Hauppauge. Together, the companies currently operate out of two outdated buildings totaling 24,000 square feet. The new 44,788-square-foot facility will more than double their space and enable the implementation of new automation systems, expanded manufacturing lines, and a larger office footprint for future staff growth.
With support from the Suffolk IDA, CPC will renovate and equip the former Thomson Reuters data center to accommodate its operational needs. The $1.7 million project includes major upgrades to building infrastructure, conversion of warehouse space to product testing and manufacturing areas, and installation of new equipment.
CPC Operations LLC will retain 79 full-time employees and create 8 new jobs as part of the expansion, with most new roles offering an average salary exceeding $75,000 annually.
How Suffolk IDA helped CPC Operations LLC:
- Sales Tax Exemptions
- Property Tax Abatements
The Suffolk IDA approved an incentive package that includes $376,720 in property tax savings over 10 years and additional sales tax exemptions, totaling approximately $444,778 in benefits. These incentives played a key role in enabling CPC to sign a 12-year lease at the Davids Drive location and move forward with expansion plans.
We’ve outgrown our existing space, and by co-locating our two complementary affiliates into a space more than twice the size of what we currently occupy, we’ll be able to reduce order fulfillment times, implement new automation, and expand our office footprint to support future staff growth.
With its expanded footprint, CPC will be better equipped to handle increasing production volumes, meet growing customer demand, and continue building on its reputation for high-quality, precision-engineered technology solutions. This next chapter in CPC’s growth further solidifies Suffolk County’s role as a hub for advanced manufacturing.
