Mason Technologies Inc.

Mason Technologies Inc., a Deer Park-based provider of turnkey and custom technology integration solutions, is expanding its presence in Suffolk County. Founded in 2002, the company specializes in low-voltage structured cabling, audio-visual systems, data centers, and unified security technologies such as access control and CCTV.

In addition to designing and developing advanced systems for public and private sector clients, Mason Technologies also stores and stages products and projects from its Long Island headquarters and satellite offices in Manhattan and the Carolinas.

To support its growing operations and improve logistics, Mason Technologies is relocating to 395 Oser Avenue in Hauppauge. The company plans to purchase the 50,000-square-foot facility, construct a 21,500-square-foot addition, and raise the roof to accommodate expanded warehouse capacity.

Once complete, the project is expected to significantly increase efficiency, enhance collaboration, and streamline the company’s ability to serve major clients such as the City of New York, JPMorgan Chase, Ralph Lauren, and the Port Authority.

With support from the Suffolk IDA, Mason Technologies will spend nearly $21 million in private capital investment over the next 18 months. The company will retain its current Long Island workforce of 239 employees and create 25 new full-time positions. Many of these roles will be union jobs, filled by members of the Communications Workers of America, and will offer average salaries between $60,000 and $85,000 per year.
